rFactor 2 has no web console. You run the server from the in-game chat with the commands below, from the official rFactor 2 documentation.
Admin and session commands
/admin PASSWORD: Become admin with the admin password from your server card. As admin, every callvote below happens at once instead of starting a vote./callvote nextsession: Skip to the next session: practice to qualifying, qualifying to the race./callvote str: Skip straight to the race./callvote restartrace: Restart the current race./callvote restartweekend: Go back to the first practice session./callvote addai: Add one AI car./callvote add5ai: Add five AI cars./callvote kick NAME: Remove a driver from the server./throwyellow LAPS: Start a full-course caution for the given number of laps./racelength: Change the race length for the next race.
Changing track or car
There is no command for it. A server races one track and one car class, packaged when it starts. To race somewhere else or in another car, deploy a new server with that pick.
Votes without admin
Anyone can start a callvote. Players answer with /vote yes or /vote no, and the vote passes once enough of the server agrees.
One command to avoid
/shutdownserver stops the race server and disconnects everyone. Do not use it to end a session: let the timer run out or stop the server from 2hours.gg.
Joining
Search the server name in Multiplayer, or set the Steam launch option +connect IP:64297 (add +password PASSWORD with a password). The first join downloads the server content package. If the server runs a Steam Workshop car or track, subscribe to it on Steam before joining, or rFactor 2 cannot load the session.
